As this is a Draft tournament you will need at least 16 Champions to play.
People with less than 16 Champions will be unable to join a Draft Mode game. 

During the tournamnet it is required that all players join the #LoL Channel on the RFLAN IRC server
Players not on this channel will be disqualified
